During the week of Christmas and the week of New Year’s, curbside collection service in Lewiston will occur one day later for customers with regular weekly collection on Thursday or Friday.
According to the city of Lewiston, from Friday, December 26th to Friday, January 2nd, residential customers are allowed to place additional holiday trash out for pick up at no additional charge. Gift wrap, with the exception of ribbon, bows, tissue, plastic or foil wrap, may be placed out with recycling. In addition, extra cardboard boxes may be broken down for recycling and placed near your blue recycling cart.
