The 31-year-old Polanco hit .471 with 4 home runs, 2 doubles, 8 runs-batted-in, and scored 5 runs during the week.

The switch-hitting infielder homered in 3 of his 4 starts, including a multi-homer game on April 26 vs. Miami.

Polanco and Dylan Moore, who won AL Player of the Week for April 14-20, are the first Mariners to win back-to-back AL Player of the Week awards since Alex Rodriguez and Ken Griffey Jr. on June 27 and July 4, 1998.

Polanco and the Mariners open a two-game set with the Los Angeles Angels at home tonight (Tue). The first pitch is set for 6:40 from T-Mobile Park with live radio coverage in the LC Valley on 95.5 FM and AM 950 KOZE and in the upper Clearwater Valley on AM 1300 KLER.
