A Stites man has been arrested on lewd and lascivious charges.
According to a press release from the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office, 72-year-old Melvin Monroe was taken into custody in Stites last (Mon) night.
He’s been charged with lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor child under the age of 16.
The Sheriff’s Office thanked the Orofino Police Department for it’s assistance in the case.
