Tri-State Memorial Hospital Board of Directors has unanimously approved the acquisition of Clearwater Medical Clinic in Lewiston.

The transition will take at least 90 days to complete and is expected to be finalized in October 2018. At that time, Clearwater Medical Clinic will join Tri-State Memorial Hospital & Medical Campus and will continue offering services at their current location at 1522 17th Street in Lewiston as Tri-State Clearwater Medical Clinic.
