Wednesday afternoon an Idaho County deputy found a Chevy pickup with the driver’s door wide open and paraphernalia on the center console. A release from the Sheriff’s Office says it was in the Weir Hot Springs parking lot. It goes on to say the deputy didn’t see anyone near the vehicle or in the parking lot. As he was approaching the pickup, the release says he detected a marijuana odor. That’s when 28-year-old Aaron Line of Albion, Washington approached the deputy and closed the door to the pickup. He was arrested for felony possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of psilocybin mushrooms.
