| CORVALLIS, Ore. – Three LC State student-athletes earned weekly honors from their respective conferences on Monday. Jackson Jaha and Kye Krall were voted the Cascade Conference McDonald’s Players of the Week, presented by Urban Edge Network, and Naiara Montero was named the GSAC Women’s Tennis Player of the Week, presented by Athletic Solutions.
JACKSON JAHA – BASEBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Jaha had an insane weekend at the plate with a .750 batting average, .778 on-base percentage and 1.688 slugging percentage. The sophomore had seven extra-base hits with four home runs and three doubles and multiple hits in each of the four games. Jaha drove in 10 runs and scored 11. He was retired only five times in 18 plate appearances and totaled 27 bases and became the 13th Warrior in program history to hit three home runs in a game on Sunday.
This is the first weekly honor of Jaha’s career.

KYE KRALL – MEN’S GOLFER OF THE WEEK
Krall earned his first collegiate victory with a dominant 10-under performance at The Warrior Spring Classic. The senior carded rounds of 69-66-71 in the best three-round tournament of his career. The round of 66 tied for the lowest in the tournament.
This is the first weekly honor of Krall’s career.

| NAIARA MONTERO – WOMEN’S TENNIS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Montero won every match she played in to help LC State to a pair of big wins on the trip to Indiana. She was part of the No. 1 doubles duo that defeated the No. 12 pair in the NAIA at IWU 6-1, then won her No. 3 singles match to help the Warriors defeat the No. 20 Wildcats 6-1. She went on to earn a 6-1, 6-1 win at No. 3 singles against (RV) Grace (Ind.).
This is the first weekly honor of Montero’s career.
