
Five local high school boy’s basketball teams are competing this Thursday through Saturday in their respective Idaho State Basketball Tournaments.
The Lewiston boys are the top seed in the Idaho State 5-A Tournament that begins tomorrow (Thur) at Rocky Mountain High School in Meridian. The Bengals will face Burley to open things up at 11 a.m. Pacific Time with live radio coverage in the LC Valley on The River 105.1 FM and streaming free online at bengalsports.com.
Orofino is the #3 seed in the Idaho State 3-A tournament at Meridian High School also in Meridian. The Maniacs will open play tomorrow (Thur) at 4 p.m. Pacific Time against New Plymouth with live coverage in the upper Clearwater Valley on AM 1300 KLER.
The Kendrick boys are the #1 seed in the Idaho State 2-A tournament held at Vallivue High School in Caldwell. The Tigers will meet Grace at 11 a.m. Pacific Time tomorrow (Thur). Meanwhile, #3 seed Prairie will open the 2-A tournament against Murtaugh at 4 p.m. Pacific Time.
#4 seed Timberline will open the Idaho State 1-A tournament against Carey tomorrow (Thur) at 1 p.m. Pacific Time at Caldwell High School also in Caldwell with live coverage in the upper Clearwater Valley on KLER-FM 103.3.
