Five players scored in double figures and the Lewis-Clark State men’s basketball team cruised to an 83-52 win over Northwest University tonight (Wed) in the quarterfinal round of the Cascade Collegiate Conference Tournament in Lewiston.
Dylan Skaife and Peyton Nordland led the LC offense with 16 points each. Dallon Morgan posted a double-double with career-highs in points with 15 and rebounds with 12, while Jamare Childs had 12 points and John Lustig added 11 in helping LC improve to 23-6.
The top-seed Warriors advance and will host defending national champion and in-state rival College of Idaho in a tournament semi-final game Saturday night at 7 inside the P1FCU Activity Center.
