Todd Hubbard Selected as New ITD Chief Operations Officer

The Idaho Transportation Department has appointed Todd Hubbard as ITD Chief Operations Officer overseeing the department’s six statewide districts and their respective district engineers.

Hubbard has worked at ITD for more than 15 years. He began his career with the department in South-Central Idaho in May 2009 after graduating from Idaho State University. He completed the department’s Engineer-in-Training program and earned his Professional Engineering license in December 2013.  Hubbard was later promoted to lead the Planning Section in District 4.

Since 2019, Hubbard has been serving as the District Engineer in Pocatello. As District Engineer, Hubbard has led numerous major infrastructure improvements over the last six years, including the replacement of the I-86/I-15 System Interchange, the I-15 Northgate to Fort Hall expansion, and the Inkom Corridor bridge projects.
