Former Lewis-Clark State baseball star Seth Brown has signed a minor league contract with the New York Yankees.
The 33-year-old Brown had spent the majority of his big league career with the Oakland Athletics, but was released last season before being picked up by the Arizona Diamondbacks.
The left-handed power hitter will be in Lewiston Saturday, February 7th as the keynote speaker for the “First Pitch Night” fundraiser for the LC State baseball program. Tickets to the event are $50 per person and can be purchased online here.
