You can put it on the calendar. An upcoming historical event discusses the Chinese Community in Lewiston since the Gold Rush era. The talk, titled “They All Came For Gold” will discuss the history of the Chinese Temple and what the Nez Perce County Historical Society plans are to create a permanent home for their collection. The talk is January 15th at 5:30 at the Lewiston City Library. It’s hosted by Garry Bush.
