Idaho County deputies arrested a sex offender again on Tuesday after arresting him just one week earlier.
A press release from the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office says 41-year-old Ronald Lee Emerson was arrested on October 21st for failure to register as a sex offender, then Tuesday (Oct 28th) deputies arrested him on a warrant for violating his probation from the previous arrest.
Just before 5pm Tuesday, they found a vehicle Emerson drove on Ridgewood Drive, outside of Kooskia and contacted him. He was arrested for the felony probation violation warrant. He is also charged with felony failure to register as a sex offender because he was still non-compliant from the first arrest.
