The weather system bringing rain and mountain snow is also expected to bring high winds to our part of Idaho. They’ll be most serious in, and near, the mountains.
In the LC Valley and in Pullman, we’ll see winds gusting up to 18 miles per hour. Orofino will be breezy as well with 28-mile-per-hour gusts. Grangeville residents should prepare for 45-mile-per hour gusts. Kooskia and Riggins will be a little lower with gusts about 37-38 miles per hour.
