George Springer’s 7th inning 3-run home run gave Toronto it’s first lead as the Blue Jays rallied to beat the Seattle Mariners 4-3 last (Mon) night in Game 7 of the American League Championship Series in Toronto.

Julio Rodriguez and Cal Raleigh both homered for Seattle.

Eduard Bazardo took the loss. The right-hander allowed one run on 2 hits with a strikeout in 2/3 of an inning of relief.

The loss ends the Mariners’ season having advanced deeper in the playoffs than any team in franchise history.

The Blue Jays advance to the World Series for the first time in 32 years where they’ll meet the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 1 Friday in Toronto.
