LC State is offering to dispose of your old prescription medications. On October 22nd you can drop off your old and unwanted prescription and over-the-counter drugs, pet medications, vitamins, and supplements. They will not be accepting syringes, needles, liquids, or inhalers.
Organizers request that you leave the drugs in their original containers, but they ask that you black out any personal information like the name on it. They assure anyone coming that there’s complete anonymity with no questions asked.
The event is Wednesday, October 22nd, in the library parking lot near 7th Avenue and 5th Street from 10am – 2pm.
