The Idaho Supreme Court has extended certain statewide filing deadlines for court documents ahead of a planned outage of Idaho’s electronic court filing system.
The system, File & Serve, will be temporarily unavailable for planned maintenance on the evening of Friday, Sept. 12. This will affect any users who need to file court documents in that time, including parties who are representing themselves.
Per order of the Court, any documents that are due to be electronically filed in an Idaho state court that Friday or on Saturday, Sept. 13, will be deemed timely if filed on or before 5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 15.
Filers meeting the order’s timeline have no need to submit individual requests for relief, the order states.
