Governor Little has advanced the directive from President Trump that American flags should come down to half-staff. President Trump sent out a declaration this morning saying the reason is “As a mark of respect for the victims of the senseless acts of violence perpetrated on August 27, 2025, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.“
Flags will return to full-staff at sunset on August 31st.
