Holliday’s Walk-Off Snaps Mariner Win Streak

Jackson Holliday’s 9th inning double ended the Seattle Mariners’ win streak at 8 with a 4-3 walk-off win for the Baltimore Orioles yesterday (Wed) in Baltimore.

Julio Rodriguez had two hits and scored two runs for Seattle.

On the mound, Mariner starter Logan Gilbert got a no decision. The right-hander allwed 2 runs on 4 hits with 6 strikeouts over 6 1/3 innings. Reliever Matt Brash suffered his first loss of the season – allowing a run on 2 hits in 2/3 of an inning.

The final game of the series is set for 10:05 this (Thur) morning in Baltimore with live radio coverage in the LC Valley on 95.5 FM and AM 950 KOZE and in the upper Clearwater Valley on AM 1300 KLER.
