Law enforcement officers took Phyllis Krogman into custody for Conspiracy to Commit Murder in the 1st Degree this afternoon at about 1:30. A press release from the Clarkston Police Department says detectives found probable cause for the charge after pursuing leads and information in the case.
65-year-old Phyllis Krogman is the wife of Thomas Krogman who was arrested for the attempted murder of Daniel Henry at the Motel 6 in Clarkston in early June. She is also the sister of the stabbing victim.
Phyllis was arrested in Asotin while attending a bond hearing for her husband Thomas.
