One person was injured when a motorhome caught fire Saturday in the Lewiston Orchards.
According to the Lewiston Fire Department, crews responded to the fire at about 5:20 Saturday evening at 1735 Powers Avenue. Upon arrival, crews found the motorhome heavily engulfed in flames. One occupant of the motorhome sustained significant burn injuries and was transported to the hospital by Lewiston Fire Department paramedics.
The fire was contained to the motorhome, however minor damage occurred to nearby vehicles and to the residence adjacent to the motorhome.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
