
A fugitive who eluded arrest last week while camping up the Snake River in Nez Perce County has been apprehended.
According to the Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office, 40-year-old Justin Lee Rock was taken into custody yesterday (Sun).
Rock had three outstanding warrants in Nez Perce County. One was a felony warrant for witness intimidation with $250,000 bond and the others were misdemeanor warrants for stalking and domestic battery. Total bond was $260,500.
The release didn’t give details on where Rock was taken into custody, nor what additional charges he may be facing. He’s being held at the Nez Perce County Jail.
