The Asotin City Police Chief wants to correct information on when it’s legal in Asotin to light off fireworks. The legal sale dates and times were accidentaly used for discharge times. There is also a burn ban in the county starting the morning of July 5th, so that has an impact as well.
It’s only legal in Asotin from 9am until 11pm on the 3rd. On the 4th, you can light off fireworks from 9am until midnight.
Any other time, it’s illegal to light them off. Retailers are still allowed to sell them through the 5th though.
