A release from the Asotin County Fire District says witnesses reported a driver was trying to flee deputies, when the car left the road, went up an embankment and rolled onto its top.
Rescue crews responded to the rollover crash on 16th Avenue at 2:00 this morning.
The driver and passenger did not report injuries to medics. Both said they were OK and refused any medical treatment.
The driver was arrested by Asotin County Sheriff’s Deputies for suspicion of driving under the influence.
There were no other reported injuries or vehicles involved in the crash.
