Highway 95 through Moscow is having traffic problems this morning. At about 5:00am, MPD officers responded to a vehicle that collided with a building between 4th and 5th Streets. Officers closed the sidewalk and two lanes of travel. They’ll stay closed until it’s safe again. They recommend you take an alternate route because three lanes have been merged into one.
