
The number continues to rise as the ground shakes in central Idaho. There have now been 52 earthquakes since Sunday, June 1st. There were 8 quakes in the 25 days leading up to Sunday. They’re centered around a spot southeast of McCall and northwest of Stanley, Idaho in the mountains.
The U.S. Geological Survey has tracked them between 2.5 and 4.0 in magnitude. 4.0 is considered “light activity” on the Richter Scale.
People have reported feeling the shake as far away as Boise.
