Eyewitnesses told us the driver of the blue car crossed the yellow line and into oncoming traffic causing a collision on Thain Grade just below Stewart this morning. It happened around 11:00. Two northbound lanes were blocked by emergency crews as they worked. We are still gathering more information. This story will be updated as more becomes available.
