Early reports say a dump truck hit a utility pole, bringing down power lines just outside of Clarkston this morning. Emergency crews responded to find a line down across the entrance to the RV park just north of 18th Avenue. Traffic was quickly closed off and Avista got to work.
The Avista Outage Map shows more than 1,500 customers along 13th Street between Chestnut Street and the river end of 13th Street are without power.
