Blue Cross of Idaho Foundation for Health Chairman Mike Reynoldson has announced that Courtney Frost will serve as the new Executive Director of the Blue Cross of Idaho Foundation for Health. Frost will assume the role beginning April 14.
Frost began her career with the Foundation in 2015, and was promoted from a senior program officer role to replace Dr. Kendra Witt-Doyle, who is leaving the company after 18-plus years to launch her own business.
Frost helped create, develop and improve programs like the Community Health Academy, The Community Project, Mayor’s Walking Challenge, and the Community Health Champion Award that have benefited communities across Idaho.
Frost was selected for the role after an extensive search. She will oversee the Foundation’s operations and its staff, strengthening its focus areas of community, education and healthcare.
