A shop in Clarkston was destroyed by fire early yesterday (Wed) morning.
Crews from the Asotin County Fire District #1 and the Clarkston Fire Department responded to a report of a fire just after 3 a.m. on the 1300 block of Maple Street.
When firefighters arrived they found the shop fully engulfed and nearby buildings, vehicles and an RV were threatened. Crews were able to contain the blaze to the shop which was a total loss. There were no injuries reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
