Former Idaho U.S. Representatives Richard Stallings and Larry LaRocco are hosting town hall meetings statewide to discuss current political issues and listen to feedback from Idahoans.
According to a news release, since launching the tour last month, Stallings and LaRocco have drawn large, engaged crowds in Pocatello and Idaho Falls, where Idahoans are demanding accountability on critical issues, including cuts to rural schools, farm contracts, fire safety, and Medicaid. With overwhelming interest from communities across the state, the tour is expanding to reach even more residents.
The two former lawmakers are touring the state to highlight the lack of town hall meetings by current Idaho U.S. Representatives and Senators.
Locally, the former congressmen will host town halls in Lewiston and Moscow on March 22nd. The Lewiston gathering will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at the Lewiston Community Center, while the Moscow event will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the 1912 Building.
