Parents and students in the Elk City, Grangeville, and Kooskia communities should prepare for a 2-hour late start on Thursday, February 6, due to weather conditions.
All bus routes will run two hours later than their normal pickup times, and school doors will open two hours later than usual.
The delay allows more time to restore power to affected areas and ensures better daylight visibility for assessing icy roads.
If conditions change, updates will be provided.
Again, all Mountain View School District 244 schools will have a 2-hour late start on Thursday, February 6.
