LEWISTON, ID – A 45-year-old woman who was wanted in Asotin County on charges of being an accomplice to 1st-Degree Rape of a Child, 1st-Degree Incest, and Violation of a Protection Order was taken into custody at a Lewiston residence today. Dawn Manby was arrested without incident by the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force and transported to the Nez Perce County Adult Detention Center. She was then transferred to the Asotin County Jail.
