
A Nevada man faces felony drug charges in Idaho County.
According to the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office, around 10:45 AM Sunday, an Idaho County Deputy was on routine patrol on Highway 95 near milepost 236, when he stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.
A check of the driver showed he had a current warrant. A drug-sniffing K9 arrived with her handler, and alerted on the vehicle.
Methamphetamine was found during a search, and 36-year-old Albert Crisp of Tonopah, Nevada was arressted for a felony warrant out of Clearwater County for failure to appear on the original charge of vehicle burglary and felony possession of methamphetamine. He was also cited for misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, and misdemeanor failure to provide proof of insurance.
