
UPDATE at 2:07 p.m.: Mr. Sharp was treated in the St. Joseph Regional Medical Center and then airlifted to a Spokane hospital for further treatment.
CLARKSTON, WA – A 48-year-old Lewiston man was injured in a motorcycle crash in the area of Thirteenth Street and Fleshman Way at 6:36 a.m. this morning. According to the Asotin County Sheriff’s Office, when responders arrived on scene, they observed a 2022 Harley Davidson motorcycle and the driver, Burnum Sharp, over the embankment on the north side of the eastbound on-ramp.
Burnum was transported by ambulance to the hospital with unknown injuries. He continues to be seen in the St. Joseph Regional Medical Center emergency room at this time according to a nursing supervisor.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
In addition to the personnel from the Asotin County Sheriff’s Office, Clarkston Police, Asotin County Fire District #1, and Lewiston Medics responded to the collision.
