MOSCOW, ID – A planned water main improvement project along Highway 8, also known as the Moscow-Pullman Highway, is scheduled to begin tomorrow. Officials say the purpose of the project is to upgrade aging infrastructure and/or outdated water main material for continued future use.
From City of Moscow:
During the project, the southern-most Eastbound highway lane will be closed to all traffic from Access Road through the Perimeter Drive area. The public can expect road closures, detours and possible delays in this area.
Substantial completion for this project is scheduled for Fall 2023.
