Mariners Fall as Twins Rally Late

Alex Kiriloff homered and drove in two runs and the Minnesota Twins beat the Seattle Mariners 6-3 last (Wed) night in Seattle.

Eugenio Suarez homered for the third straight game and had two runs-batted-in for the Mariners.

On the mound, Luis Castillo pitched well, but got a no decision. The M’s righthander allowed 3 runs on 6 hits with 11 strikeouts over 6 innings.

Seattle will try for a split of the four-game series this (Thur) afternoon. The first pitch is set for 12:40 with live coverage in the LC Valley on 93.1 FM and 1350 AM KRLC and in the upper Clearwater Valley on AM 1300 KLER.
