LEWISTON, ID – UPDATE at 4:50 p.m.: The Osprey has been rescued. Officials will evaluate its health and according to IDFG, if it’s uninjured they’ll bring it back to its nest. If it’s injured, they’ll send it to the Raptor program at WSU.
LEWISTON, ID – The Idaho Department of Fish and Game and other local agencies are trying to rescue an osprey stuck in nesting debris along Snake River Avenue near the Southway Bridge. Avoid the area.
