Nez Perce County District Court has issued a no-bond arrest warrant for a former Lewiston restaurant owner.
The arrest warrant for 62-year-old Paveen Khurana is for contempt of court and he must serve 100 days in jail.
Khurana’s current whereabouts are unknown and the Nez Perce County Prosecutor’s Office is seeking assistance in locating him.
Anyone who has information on Khurana’s whereabouts is asked to call the nearest law enforcement agency’s non-emergency number.
