One person was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Idaho State Highway 64 between Nezperce and Kamiah early Thursday morning.
Idaho State Police say a 2002 Saturn was traveling east just after midnight near milepost 25, when it left the roadway on the right shoulder, and traveled about 350 feet down the embankment. The unidentified driver was ejected from the vehicle and was declared deceased at the scene.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
