
Cal Raleigh hit a 2-run homer and Logan Gilbert was dominant on the mound as the Seattle Mariners shutout the Chicago White Sox 3-0 last (Tue) night at T-Mobile Park.
Gilbert improved to 12-5 on the year. The righthander allowed no runs on 5 hits with no walks and 9 strikeouts over 6 innings.
The Mariners look to win the series this afternoon at T-Mobile Park. First pitch is set for 1:10 this (Wed) afternoon with live coverage in the LC Valley on 93.1 FM and 1350 AM KRLC and in the upper Clearwater Valley on AM 1300 KLER.
Meanwhile, former Lewis-Clark State star Seth Brown hit his team-leading 20th homerun of the season last night for Oakland in the A’s 10-9 loss to Atlanta.
