The Idaho Department of Lands will auction several properties around central Idaho’s Payette Lake on September 14th.
The auction includes Cougar Island, which may be purchased as an entire island or as five individual lots, which ever brings in more to the endowment beneficiary. Two non-lake front lots will also be auctioned.
The auction will be held at the Water’s Edge Event Center at 287 E. Shore Drive in Eagle at 12:30 pm Pacific Time. Bidders may also take part remotely through online bidding.
Corbett Bottles will host the live auctions but will incorporate Proxibid’s online auction platform. Those wishing to bid remotely must pre-register with Emily Mueller at Corbett Bottles via email at emily@markbottles.com, no later than Friday, September 9th.
The two non-lake front lots and one parcel on the island have cabins on the property. The bidding at the auction will be for the lots only, the cost for improvements will be sold at a fixed price of their appraised value in addition to the high bid price for the lot.
