
Former Warrior volleyball standout, and Pullman native, Katie Hinrichs – Palmer has been hired to be the new Assistant Athletic Director at Lewis-Clark State College.
At LC, Hinrichs-Palmer will oversee the department’s marketing and promotion efforts as well as working with sponsors. Her responsibilities will include oversight of athletic operations, event management and collaborating with the Warrior Athletic Association to enhance the student-athlete experience at the college. She will also serve as the assistant tournament director for the Avista NAIA World Series.
Hinrichs-Palmer played volleyball for the Warriors from 2007-2010 and sits second in the record books in career digs with 1,585. She helped LC to four straight regular-season and tournament Frontier Conference titles and was a three-year team captain.
After graduating, Hinrichs-Palmer held assistant volleyball coaching positions with Washington State, Montana State and most recently with Gonzaga.
