Regional health officials reported 6 more COVID-related deaths Tuesday, bringing October’s total to 22 so far.
There were two deaths in Latah County, and one apiece in Idaho, Lewis, Nez Perce and Whitman counties. The 8 county region has reported 311 coronavirus deaths since the beginning of the pandemic.
A combined total of 139 new virus cases were reported regionally Tuesday, with Nez Perce County reporting the most new infections with 40. (Lewiston Tribune)
