The Idaho foodbank and volunteers from the Twin County United way will conduct a free food distribution event Friday at the Nez Perce County Fairgrounds in the Lewiston Orchards.
Food boxes will be handed out beginning at 10 a.m. and the distribution will last until all boxes are gone. Each box contains fresh produce, frozen meats, dairy and dry goods.
The event is free and there is no documentation or eligibility requirements to receive a food box.
