Idaho gasoline prices remain among the highest in the nation, but only slightly increased as the week begins.
Idaho motorists are paying an average of $3.81, which is 24 cents more than a month ago and $1.38 more than a year ago.
Meanwhile, the national average currently sits at $3.19, which is a penny more than a week ago, a nickel more than a month ago, and $1.02 more than a year ago. Pump prices have fluctuated across the country in recent days, with some states seeing as much as a nine-cent increase to a seven-cent drop, depending on demand.
Boise currently has the highest average price for gas in Idaho at $3.93 per gallon. Coeur d’Alene has the lowest average price at $3.45. Lewiston’s average price for a gallon of gas is currently $3.47.
