The 6th ranked Warrior men are a #2 seed in their bracket and will face off against 7th seed Talladega of Alabama in a game set to tip-off at 12:15pm Pacific Time. LC is 29-3 on the season and received an automatic berth after winning the Frontier Conference Tournament Championship.
The Warrior women are the #6 seed in their bracket, and like the men, will open against #2 seed Talladega next Thursday morning at 9:45am Pacific Time. The 22nd ranked women are 21-10 and received an at-large berth into the field of 32 teams.
Of note, the NAIA announced Wednesday night they will limit attendance at both tournaments to certain staff and players’ families due to the coronavirus pandemic. The news follows an announcement by the NCAA to play its annual tournament with no fans at all.
