
High winds could bring down tree limbs and make travel difficult tomorrow (Weds). The National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Warning that starts at 5am and ends 5am Thursday. In the LC Valley and in Pullman and Moscow, we could see gusts around 40 miles per hour. Colton, Uniontown, and Genesee are expected to get gusts into the mid-40-mile-per-hour range. In Grangeville, Pomeroy, and Anatone, it could be even higher. Gusts are expected to hit 55 miles per hour. The Weather Service says places in Central Washington could see gusts into the mid-60s.
The winds come with a chance of rain and thunderstorms around the region.
