The First Nazarene Church located at 1700 8th Street in Lewiston was locked down today (Wed) and a heavy police presence was on scene.
A church spokesperson had no comment, but Lewiston Police have reported that everyone is safe but are still investigating.
The church is also home to the Cornerstone Christian School.
LPD expects to issue a press release with more details later this afternoon.
