Two people were found deceased at a residence near Juliaetta yesterday (Thur).
According to the Latah County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to a home just south of Juliaetta for a welfare check. Upon entry deputies located two people deceased inside the residence.
The two victims have been identified as 66-year-old Kent Rotchy and 65-year-old Krysta Rotchy. According to the release, there is no evidence that other individuals were present or involved in the deaths.
The Latah County Sheriff’s Office is working an active scene, and are asking the public to avoid the area so investigators can perform their duties.
The scene is secure and authorities plan to release more information when available.
