Tomorrow you can help out a local man who is raising funds for a new van. Zack Moore was paralyzed from the chest down in a diving accident. Now he’s trying to gain the freedom to run his own errands and get to work in a specialized van with hand controls.
He and his family hope a night of live music, dinner, and auction will raise the $77,000 he needs for the transport. It’s at the Elks Lodge Saturday evening. The doors open and the silent auction starts at 4pm. Tickets are $25 at the door.
